Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of ReelMyApp ("the service"). By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them.

Your account

You need an account to use the service. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

What you can make

The service generates videos, images and text from App Store and Google Play listings and the brief you write. Only submit apps you own or are allowed to market. You are responsible for checking generated content before you publish it, including claims, trademarks and the rules of each platform you post on.

Ownership

You own the content you generate and may use it commercially. We do not claim rights to your outputs. You give us the permissions needed to run the service, such as storing your files and sending your inputs to our AI providers.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, hateful, sexual or deceptive content, and nothing that infringes others' rights.
• No attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service or to resell access.
• No automated sign-ups or abuse of free credits.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans, credits and payments

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment partner Polar, who acts as merchant of record and handles taxes and invoices. Each plan adds a set number of credits every month; unused plan credits expire at the next refill. A video uses 50 credits; a carousel uses 5 credits plus a per-slide amount shown before you start. If a job fails, you can retry it at no cost or ask for its credits back from the job page.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Payments are not refundable except where the law requires it or a failed job could not be retried.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change features and prices; price changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
