Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ReelMyApp collects, why, and who processes it on our behalf.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and, if you use Google sign-in, your Google profile name and picture.
• What you create: App Store and Google Play links, briefs, generated videos, images and text, and the settings you chose.
• Billing records: your plan, credit balance and order history. Card details are handled by our payment partner and never reach us.
• Technical data: basic logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security and debugging.

How we use it

To run your account, generate the content you ask for, keep your credit balance, process payments, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. We do not sell your data and we do not use your content to train AI models.

Who processes it

• Google Firebase (authentication, database and file storage).
• fal (running the AI models that write, voice, draw and edit your content).
• Polar (payments, taxes and invoices, as merchant of record).
• Our hosting provider, which serves the website and API.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and content while your account is open. Delete requests are handled within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in and a short-lived one during Google sign-in. We do not use advertising cookies.
